Questions Answered

What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates uses a spring-loaded machine called a reformer to create resistance during movement. It helps improve strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability through controlled, low-impact exercises suitable for all fitness levels.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

Just bring a water bottle, grip socks (required for safety and hygiene), and an open mind! We provide all reformer equipment, props, and cleaning supplies.

How do I book a class?

You can book through our BOOK NOW tab — simply create an account, choose your class, and reserve your spot. Classes often fill quickly, so we recommend booking in advance!

Is Pilates a good workout for beginners or people with injuries?

Yes — Pilates is low-impact and focuses on controlled movement, which makes it an excellent option for all fitness levels. Our instructors are trained to modify exercises safely for your needs. Always consult your doctor before starting a new fitness routine.

I’m new to Pilates — can I still join?

Absolutely! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our certified instructors will guide you through every move with personalized attention and modifications. Everyone starts somewhere — we’ll help you feel confident and supported from your very first class.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable, fitted activewear that allows freedom of movement. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in the reformer. Grip socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase in-studio.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that all cancellations be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled class to avoid a late cancel fee. This allows others on the waitlist to join and keeps our schedule running smoothly.

Do you offer memberships or class packs?

Yes! We have flexible membership options and class packs to fit your schedule and goals. Visit our MEMBERSHIPS page or ask a team member in-studio for details.
